Everyone at Tom Hesser BMW is absolutely phenomenal! They treat you with dignity and respect, and do everything possible to make you happy. For me, buying is the easy part! It’s all the computer tech that you have to learn, just to put the radio on! I’m computer illiterate so getting me to understand the workings of the car was a great undertaking for them! A few texts to them, which were answered promptly, with a lot of laughs afterwards. I would definitely purchase another car from TH BMW in the future. Thanks Ellie and Kayla! You both are priceless. I was on a long distance trip and hit an exit median going 60mph. I arrived at Tom Hesser BMW with a shattered front tire at 4:00PM. Unfortunately the same model tire was on back order. Ms. Fatula took it upon herself to call tire dealers in the area. Eventually she and the service dept. found a tire with equal specs and had me on my way by 4:45PM. Their day is supposed to end at 4:30PM. Very refreshing to see such dedication to meet a customer’s needs.

Hesser has traditionally been great to deal with in both the service area and in sales. I have purchased seven BMWs from Hesser over the years and had them serviced exclusively at Hesser. Kevin in the service area has been especially helpful in the last few years. Dean Hesser has a good organization with a long standing reputation for excellence.

I really appreciate the fact that they squeezed me in as busy as they were. They were very professional and came out with what they found, and let me make the decision. The price I was quoted was just about half the price of other quotes I got. All in all a great experience.

Got stuck here when I hit a pot hole and lost two rims and two tires - 3 hours from home on a Thursday night. Parts/Service tried to find a solution as my rims were not in stock and at least 2 days out and tires were even worse. Not wanting to spend the weekend in a hotel and lots of additional $$$ for a non-ideal solution I called an audible. Recognizing I was in a bad spot they worked with me when I decided to rent a UHaul with car trailer and tow my car home. For legal/insurance reasons they had their hands tied as to what they could do but helped as much as possible and allowed a lot of leeway in bothering one of their techs who was also awesome enough to let me use some of his tools when I needed them to get everything squared away for my trip home. These guys will work with you - as with most things in life, it's about how YOU approach the situation. Got the car home safe to my mechanic and it's all fixed. Thank you Hesser team for the assist.
