Service dept.is the absolute best. They go WAY above and beyond. Amanda and Berkley make me feel so at home and have the best service. They also take care of business. I have not once ever felt like I was bothering them or felt like I was getting taken advantage of. They always knew what was happening with my car. I was so satisfied with their service I bought a car with Ryan even after a bad experience with a salesmen. Amanda went above and beyond to get me with a saleswoman who would actually help and was able to get me what I wanted.

Arrived at 9 am which was my appointment time. They took my car back to the service department within 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later a nice technician came and asked me some specific questions about what I had experienced with the camera. She had also noticed my tire pressure light was on and stated they would air it up and reset the light indicator. A short time later I was called up to the desk for checkout. All of my questions were answered and I left within an hour of arrival. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I live in Missouri, several hundred miles away. I was able to reach a salesperson quickly when I called, get Adirondack videos and pictures sent so I could see the undercarriage and hear the car running before making decisions. The process of getting the application and information submitted to my creditor was painless and fast. I am super happy with this experience and can't wait until this weekend to pick up my new ride!! Alan was my salesperson and he was fantastic!!

I took my vehicle in on a Monday evening for work to be done on Tuesday and knew some parts would need to be ordered. They replaced a seatbelt that was previously ordered and ordered the other parts needed for additional repairs. I was planning on picking vehicle up until parts were to be in since it was nothing mechanical. They called me back and parts came in much sooner than expected and they got right on my vehicle. I am very pleased at how fast service was and how friendly the staff at Ryan Honda are. Anna was amazing and kept me informed of everything. My salesman, Mark Holland, has been very helpful and has offered great service. We will definitely refer friends to Ryan and will shop with them again.

The many miles I have put on my CR-V this fall pushed me right over the maintenance line. Despite the Thanksgiving week rush, Ryan was able to direct me to come early and wait if necessary to complete service before my next round of driving. Prompt, friendly, thorough. These service people rock!!

I had to have a seatbelt replaced in my 2021 Accord. Amanda handled all of my paperwork and scheduled me in for my service. She made things so easy and accommodating for me. I live in Arkansas and I would definitely make the drive again to Ryan Honda for any future services.
