My experience at Royal Honda was fantastic, thanks to Felipe! I had two models in mind and he showed me both and allowed me to drive them. Once I settled on the Accord Hybrid, he explained more about the car. I traded in my car and was given a very generous value. Felipe went above and beyond to locate and secure a black Honda Accord Hybrid for me. He found another dealership getting one and was able to arrange a trade and secure the black for me. He kept me updated every step of the way and was always responsive via text. He answered every question I had. The car took about 2.5 months to arrive. Given the shortages, it’s totally understandable. My car is beautiful and I’m so happy! I’d go back to Royal and recommend to family and friends looking for a car.

Royal Honda’s Employees worked with my wife and myself. My wife had a list of preferences that are hard for a dealership to meet at this time with fewer cars being available. Car had to be white and a CR-V. With give and take we bought a CR-V hybrid. Working in the forklift industry I am very familiar with electric machines. The technology and durability of forklifts made buying a Hybrid easy for me to buy. The ride and acceleration is better with the Hybrid than just the gas powered CR-V. Go see the team at Royal Honda
