this is a long one so buckle in. im a young driver, and freshly turned 19 when i got my license and decided to search for my first car on my own. i went to a neighboring dealership and was quickly turned down due to having young credit, the employees were nice but in a very fake way and it was certainly upsetting. a kind woman i met as i left told me to try honda priority as they work with young credit and even fair/bad credit. i showed up in the next couple of days after receiving a quick response from a saleswoman named Alexus. she was super friendly and sweet and helped me through the process along with Tom who was also very helpful and understanding. we went through all my wants in a car and she took me through the used lot, i found a 2017 hyundai accent that i immediately fell in love with that unfortunately had not gone through servicing yet, luckily i was able to purchase it anyways and i simply had to wait a couple days for it to be all serviced for pickup- and all the while she called and kept me in the loop along the way. she walked me through the paperwork, payment and ran the credit report. and instead of feeling upset and embarrassed like i did at the first place i felt understood and they were able to work with my finances. i bought the car in early august and im writing this review in november, im so happy with it and i havent had a single issue!! it has since now been decorated and named, this car is my baby and i have so much pride in it <3 pics attached and big thanks to Alexus for her help and amazing service

If you're a first time buyer or an experienced buyer I highly recommend Priority Honda Chesapeake. My sales rep Zach was excellent! I was a first time buyer and had PLENTY of questions that were all answered. Zach was very patient and helpful with explaining the process. The finance manager Marcus was able to get me financing even with my not so great credit or payment history (so don't let that deter you). Overall a long process but a great experience with this team.

All I can truly say is this team of associates right here from Eboni who was the first to contact me about a specific vehicle that I was interested in.The meeting of her,test driving the car and trying through her manager John to try to get the best deal. Then your have Nicki who explained and showed the demonstration of the protective paint coating is. Of which I actually will be getting on my car. The attention to detail she had to make sure the car I purchased was to my satisfaction. And last but not least Jennifer who did the financing and explained all the different warranties. Purchased my first SUV from Priority Honda the people made you feel welcome - very pleasant. The sales person to the finance office was pleasant as well and addressed all my needs. I had gone in not knowing anything about the vehicle and came out knowing every gadget on the vehicle — Highly recommended.



I usually go to Priority Acura, but because of an emergent situation, I came to the Honda location in Chesapeake. Service and customer service were so excellent that I returned for additional service. My service adviser (Chelsea) went above and beyond and provided a loaner until my parts arrived, which I’m sure she didn’t have to do. I’m also satisfied with the pricing and the quality of work.

Had a great car-buying experience here 8 years ago when I bought my vehicle new, however I just went in to cash in on one of the lifetime free oil changes that I got with my car. I no longer live in Virginia, and am driving the vehicle. My oil like was at 70% and they said they can't do it for free unless it is under 20%. I have probably utilized this "Free" oil change 5 times MAX since purchasing the car in 2014. I explained I didn't live here anymore and haven't since I purchased the car, and that I was about to drive another 1,000 miles to get back home, and just wanted to get fresh oil just in case for the drive back home. I was told no, anyways. While I understand the policy, you would think from a customer service standpoint they would at least work with me on this one considering I don't even get the free oil changes I should be because I live out of state. Essentially just very disappointed with the level of Customer Service, or lack there of here. I do not recommend using their service department because of this.

She also kept me up-to-date on shipping and with rescheduling my appointment. She also kept me up-to-date on when my car would be ready. Thank-you-ma'am for being such an amazing person!!!
