I had an excellent experience at the Piazza Acura of West Chester. The process was so smooth and effortless. My sales guy Dave was the absolute best. His compassion, communication, and cooperation was exceptional. I will definitely be back when I went to purchase another vehicle.
My sales man was Mark. He really knew all about my vehicle and was outstanding!! The paperwork was done quickly. My experience there was excellent. My experience with The Car Shop was awful. It took 7 hours to process the deal and the transmission went bad within the year after purchase. Acura service and sales are extraordinary. My old car was about to go at any moment. I went to several dealerships before choosing to buy at Piazza Acura of West Chester. The second I walked through their doors, the atmosphere was calm, pleasant and professional. The other dealers I went to were anxious, and trying to take me for a ride. I had no stress at Piazza Acura of West Chester. They were kind, respectful and professional. They truly are worth checking out. I rarely review anything, but my experience with them was way above and beyond in a purely positive fashion, that I feel it would be rude to not let others know that there are still places like this, that employee decent people who want to give customers a quality experience. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation from other dealerships into a positive experience. I love the car I bought from them, and am touched by the level of humanity they have at their dealership.
I asked for an estimate for my windshield replacement so I can file a claim at my auto insurance. But they gave me a piece of paper with only one line written on, saying windshield repair and the cost of it. No breakdown for parks, labor and taxes, etc. Just one description and one price, that's it. Even if I wasn't going to go through my insurance, don't you think your clients would expect more formal estimate than that? And I called SEVERAL TIMES for few weeks to get the formal or detail estimate and left messages everytime I called, but NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. So I had to drive my vehicle with long crack on the windshield. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I even waited for more than a month on my previous repair when they we're holding my vehicle for a repair due to the supply issues. I used them many times but i am very disappointed with how they handle my inquiry. I would never thought of a dealership provide you poor customer service like this. I can't even imagine a business doesn't response to their customers for weeks when their customers call several times for same issues. I am thinking of writing to the Acura headquarter or corporation about this.
Had a great experience with the service department at Piazza Acura of West Chester. They gave me a loaner car and kept me informed as they investigated the issue (an electronic problem) and waited for the part to be delivered. I was contacted pretty every day and the people were very friendly. Their fix worked perfectly

3rd time bringing my car back, with the same issue every year for 3 years, every time it was something else, but no one seemed to care, this time something not covered under warranty and not needed. How do I know this, my boyfriend is a mechanic. Why did I bring it to Acura then, because of the warranty. Wasn't going to pay $1500 for something you can't guarantee will fix the issue that has supposedly been fixed two times prior, and definitely not needed with only 50k miles. Traded it in, won't buy another acura again.
