I have purchase over 10 cars on the last 10 years and I am very used to dealing with dealers however I had the best experience of my life with Park Place. I found my dream car exactly how I wanted my Z4. The car was great but the way Nate worked with me was amazing. He is extremely knowledgable, he work with me while I was in Pennsylvania and got everything ready and got me all the information I asked before I even travel to Minnesota to get the car and I know I ask for a lot and I am a pretty demanding customer 🤦🏻‍♂️😂. Nate treated me with kindness, respect and clarity making my experience buying a vehicle out of state a much better experience than buying in my state. Overall, I recommend to anyone in the area and out of state. I would definitively used Park Place again next year when I change my sedan. Kate was my sales person and helped me get 2023 BMW X3. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the order process. She was very patient with a ton of questions I had. She - also recommended a couple of discounts which are so rare to find in other BMW dealers. She updated me right away when the car got to the dealer, was done with inspection and was ready to pick up. She tirelessly walked me through all the features and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend her. You won’t regret☺️.

I’ve been taking my Audi SQ5 here for years for maintenance and Josh in service has always been great. My car got totaled last month so I was in the market for a new vehicle. I had a great buying experience! No high pressure sales tactics. Aaron Bianchi was able to secure me an immediate production allocation for a new X5 M50i when so many dealerships in the country have months long wait list by. He’s knowledgeable, answered all of my questions promptly and kept me updated throughout the production process. My X5 took less than 3 weeks from placing my deposit to vehicle delivery. The business manager Anthony Johnson who helped close the deal was warm and accommodating. The whole buying experience was an absolute pleasure.

Nate was awesome! He really listened to what I needed in a vehicle and was able to find a great handful of cars for me to look at that also fit our budget. I couldn't be happier with the car we chose, and we left the same day with my new ride! I especially appreciated the test driving route he had us take so we could get a feel for each vehicle.
