We worked with Martin throughout the entire car buying process and he was great! We made an appointment in advance and went in and met with Martin and told him what we were looking for. Because of the vehicle shortage, we were able to order one which took ~90 days until we received the vehicle. Great communication throughout and happy with our 2023 MDX
This was my first time buying a vehicle without my husband due to his health conditions. My sales associate Chris Pugh was so very patient, understanding and listened to all of my needs and helpful. He went above and beyond to take care of me. I was never pressured but well informed on all the possible choices. The entire experience was very pleasant. Everyone I worked with were very nice and friendly. I love my new vehicle and would definitely use Chris again and recommend him to anyone looking for a new car!
I came in for an alignment. Admittedly I arrived early. After waiting for 1.5 hours I was told that I needed over $4300 worth of work on a vehicle that has been well maintained. Oddly you all told my husband that he needed the exact work on his car as well. I have since gotten a second opinion and most of what I was told wasn’t found. I’m not surprised at all but I am disappointed. I won’t be back for maintenance. That’s a promise.
My recent visit to Nalley Acura was beyond pleasant! From the moment I drove my car into the service area, I was greeted by a friendly attendant prior to being ushered to my service advisors office. While there, my service advisor explained what the issue was with my car and gave me step by step instructions on how it was going to be fixed. I appreciated his patience and professionalism during my dealings with him. I live 40 miles from this dealership and yet prefer to visit this one for service!! Best service team ever!! 💗
I booked my appointment on line. When I arrived David, my service advisor greeted me and took the information necessary to open a repair order. I got an oil change/filter and tires were rotated. The car was back in my hands within an hour. The service included a complementary wash job. I bought my car here in 2017 and have all service work performed here. They do quality work and exceed my expectations.

Outstanding customer service. After starting the online buying process, I was contacted by Charlie Barlow who was attentive and knowledgeable of the car I was interested in (2023 Acura Integra). After answering my questions he told me that he would have the finance manager reach out to me to address any other questions that I might have and to go over all the options I had selected online. A few minutes later I received another call from Jeff Avery the finance manager, he was extremely personable. After speaking with him and getting the last bit of information needed from me, I was shocked when he said congratulations on your new car. Talk about streamlined buying process. Once I arrived at the dealer I was greeted by both Charlie and Jeff. Overall the most painless process of purchasing a car that I have ever had. Being able to purchase a car completely online was a game changer. Highly recommended.
This was the most painless experience buying a car that I've ever had. My salesperson Angelika was responsive and knowledgeable. My initial contact with David was perfect, and I got exactly what I was looking for, with completely transparent pricing. My trip to the finance office was as painless as it could have been. Of course there were plenty of last minute add-on options, but I didn't feel pressured into them.
