Muller' s Woodfield Acura: Trusted Acura Dealer in Hoffman Estates

Last year I purchased a brand new 2021 Acura TLX type S. I was helped by George and Justin and they made the whole process easy and hassle free. Other dealerships had crazy high markup prices for the same car—they offered the most fair price. I was eyeing this car even before it was physically at any dealerships, so I couldn’t be happier with the great customer service there!

We were blown away with how amazing Muller’s Woodfield was to work with. We searched and searched for the best vehicle for us and after calling many places, got the best deal here. We did everything before picking up our car and it was so easy (thanks to George, our salesman and Myles in finance). We drove 5 hours to pickup our Acura MDX and left the dealership after less than 30 minutes with a car we love! That is service. Thank you!

Beware- shady!! Worst experience EVER attempting to purchase and trade in a car here. Absolutely DO NOT under any circumstances recommend even considering looking to buy or attempting to trade in here. If I could give it zero stars instead of one in this app I would. I never write reviews but wanted to warn fellow car buyers who are trying to do the right thing and don’t want to have shady tactics attempted on you either. If you do choose to look at a car here or trade in your car here, do your research first on pricing. They show what appear to be competitive prices to get you in the door then use their unethical practices to to rip you off for as much as they can.

CERTIFIED ACURA BUYER BEWARE ! We purchased a 2019 Certified MDX and purchased an extended warranty from Muller Acura of Hoffman Estates. After approximately 4500 miles the brakes needed to be done. The initial estimate was $644 plus tax to cut the rotors and replace the brake pads. We felt that by buying a certified Acura we would get more than 4500 miles before it needed brake work. I called the dealership and spoke to the service department and expressed my concerns. They referred me to the Used Car Mgr. I called and spoke to him and asked for a "good faith" adjustment on the cost of the brake job. He did not get back to me. When I followed up later, I found he was on vacation. I then spoke to the finance person who informed me " that we should have expected to have to do some brake work because the vehicle had 60k on it and we didn't pay that much for the vehicle". For the record, Muller was NOT the best value for a certified Acura, however we went there because the Service Dept has always had given us exceptional customer service. After numerous calls to the dealership I ended up talking to the New Car Mgr. who tried to help us with the cost of the brake job. While I appreciated his efforts it took days for him to get back to me. The end result was the GM of the dealership offered us $122 off the price of the brake job. We did not find their discount to be a "good faith" gesture. I got the brakes serviced elsewhere! In addition to this situation with the brakes, after the sale,our sales person did not return my call regarding another matter. The finance person took a "tone" with me regarding some paper work I needed to supply to the dealership.BTW, I did exactly what he asked me to do. Then, as mentioned the Used Car Mgr. did not extend me the common courtesy of a return phone call. For the record I called Acura customer service regarding this matter. While they were very polite and professional. However,they have no ability to intervene on the customer's behalf because the dealerships are independently owned. They suggested a Google Review. I would have never asked Muller to pay for the entire brake job, I don't think that would have been fair. I was only asking for some understanding of our frustrations, more of an adjustment on the price of the brake job and the common courtesy to return phone calls. I hope that this review helps prevent someone else from having a similar experience! Thank you !

purchased my new Integra from Kevin, he was very helpful and even had Justin, who was their product specialist, show us all the features of the car. They were able to answer any questions we had, and made it a great and non stressful experience!

I’ve taken my RDX here twice now and have had superb service. The service advisors are professional and make recommendations without pressuring you to do extra services. The waiting area is always clean and they provide complimentary coffee while you wait which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend taking your Acura here to be serviced.

I can't say enough about Lance Dailey's patience,advice,dedication,follow up, and dedication to what is best for the customer. This is a different type of review because we were in need of a vehicle that could tow and had to buy a vehicle elsewhere. Lance showed extreme professionalism when I called to let him know the change in our car buying plan due to our situation. I have dealt with many car salesman over the years and cannot remember any of them that had Lance's honest approach to us the customer. As our situation will change in the future we wiill absolutely contact Lance. I highly recommend Lance at Mullers Acura in Hoffman Estates for anyone looking for an Acura product.
