The best dealership experience ever! Andrew was an amazing salesman who took the time to make sure I was well taken care of! I had ordered a car and he kept me in the loop with my back dates and updates during the whole process. The car was well worth the wait! He made sure that I was happy with my purchase! He went above and beyond, even made me a video before I picked up my car. He made the whole process feel so smooth. He was such a good salesman that my dad went and bought a car from him as well! Great experience with Motorcars Acura. I enjoyed working with my Sales Consultant Andrew, he had a lot of experience at the dealership and knew his product well. Everything went smoothly during the sales process and the car was delivered ahead of the promised date. On the delivery date Tracy did a fantastic job expediting the process, she introduced all the features and made sure everything was set up with our preferences. I had a great experience with Andrew. I love 1300 miles from the dealership but came across a car I liked. Worked with Andrew throughout the entire process. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He made the process smoothly and I was able to fill out all necessary paperwork and the car was mine in 4 days.
