The service department was excellent. Much better than others that I have experienced. I arrived early and was immediately taken care of by Josselyn. She was friendly and upbeat. It was great how they text you in the waiting area with updates and suggested work options you can approve or decline. I will definitely return for future work.

I recently took my car for service and was greeted by Scott in service. From the start to finish my experience at McGrath Nissan was exceptional. After a brief explanation of my reason for service I was taken to the waiting room where I was offered coffee and water. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the building, during my wait I was greeted by multiple employees just saying hi and asking if I needed anything. After a brief wait Scott came back and explained what services needed to be preformed now and which could be done at my next visit. I will be coming back for future service and purchases.

From the time I pulled into the service bay I was greeted by Jim who was very kind from the start. I was shown to the waiting room, where I was offered coffee and water while I waited. Once they looked at my vehicle he came back to inform me of what was needed and what potentially would be needed at my next service appointment. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of service at McGrath Nissan. I definitely will be going back for future service and vehicle purchases.

My first good experience was from Rubén Castro, an outstanding associate and priceless asset to your Nissan office. He was able to guide me during the entire purchase process and was patient enough to answer my questions, which were many. The management, office and service staff were also nice and prompt to provide the best service to me. I would recommend this location for any auto purchases and services you may need. Went to look at a new car, with only intention to test drive. The sales representative, Ruben Castro greeted us and helped us during our visit. He was exceptionally professional, helpful, and not pushy at all. He made for a great experience and will likely return for his assistance when ready to purchase. Went to other dealerships and sales reps were standing outside on their phones, Ruben is a strong asset to his company.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. We had an appointment with Rueben to see a specific SUV but that one didn't float my boat as expected. That was not a problem at all. Rueben provided great service by happily showing me other options and I was able to find the right fit for me. When I picked up the vehicle he showed me the highlights of everything and made sure i was educated on my SUV and its functions! The finance guy, I forgot his name, but he also provided great service. They both made my experience pleasant, they communicated with me each step of the way. I couldn't ask for anything more. I definitely recommend McGrath Nissan for a pleasant car buying experience!

Scott in the service department is amazing. Moved out here last year and started going to this dealership for my car services. I get my car back cleaner and better than when I dropped it off. Scott always explains everything to me and always puts my safety first!!
