Bertha is a good sales lady! We bought a nice RDX. Finance manager Issac is a cool guy. We sepnt about 5 hours to get a fair deal... Just don't turn around walk away, it almost turned to a deal breaker.

I had similar reservations after reading all the reviews but it was close to the house so I went by to check out their inventory. I was greeted by David Guzman and he helped me throughout the way.. I even let him know that I was very hesitant with working with him because of the awful reviews I read. He was still patient and kind and reassured me that he would take good care of me and I had nothing to worry about.. I blew him off and even shopped around different dealers but none had the same type of customer service David showed me.. so I ended up purchasing my car with John Eagle Acura in Katy. The scariest part was the financing since I didn’t know what to expect.. but alas, David kept his word and they gave me a great price for my trade in and rates for purchase. Even the finance manager, Josh Conry was attentive, understanding and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. To say the least, I would buy from David Guzman again. He knows his cars and still to this day attentive and responsive to any questions that I have (it’s been over a month now since I bought the car). I forgot to mention, that while shopping for cars, I was quoted a lot higher prices at other dealerships than what David did.. Also, yes, you do have to finance through them but the rates were good so I was okay with it.

Buyer beware! All dealers are not equal. I was unable to find the vehicle I wanted at my local dealership so decided to get it from John Eagle Acura. I was told that I could put a deposit down and have the vehicle I wanted the next week, it was in transit and would be mine if I gave them the deposit. I signed the paperwork for the deposit and never questioned what the salesman told me. Unfortunately, I did not pay enough attention to the paperwork and realized that on the deposit paperwork there was also a stamp saying I could not combine my “partial payment” with any other offer. The vehicle did come in about a week late and as I went to pick it up I realized that they were limiting me tremendously on any purchase option for financing and that I had to take a long finance plan with high interest rates. He never talked about any finance options at the time of the deposit – only price of vehicle and trade in options. I was not allowed to put additional monies down on vehicle or get finance options. Fortunately, I have the means to pay off the vehicle early or I would be paying extreme finance rates. I realized quickly that I had made a mistake and felt that I had been mislead on several occasions. The salesman also told me that the vehicle was originally scheduled for someone else and that he gave it to me and ordered them another. This is my fourth new Acura vehicle and I have always felt good about the other dealerships. I would never purchase from here again and left with a bad taste instead of feeling good about the beautiful vehicle I had just purchased.

I always go to John Eagle Acura when it is time for maintenance on my 2021 Acura RDX. The service is always top notch, including my last visit on October 5. Erick Vega met me at the service drive to look over my vehicle and to get the information he needed to start the work order. I was dropping off my vehicle on the way to work so he quickly order a ride share service to take me the rest of the way to work, and when the service was complete, sent me a link to order the ride back to the dealership. I never have any worries and the process is always so stress free. Thank you again to Erick, and the service department at John Eagle Acura!
