I had such a wonderful experience at this dealership. My salesman Steven Dinelli was really great, and the whole process was easy and enjoyable and I love my car. Everyone was honest and straight forward, and I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Steven and Friendly Honda!
Had a great experience at Friendly purchasing a C-RV for my wife. Our salesman, Carlos, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. He wrote up quotes on multiple vehicles and was super accommodating to our budget. Buying a car, especially in the current economy, had us a bit anxious but Carlos made the process very easy and not at all stressful. This was my first experience with Friendly Honda and I would absolutely go back and recommend buying a vehicle here! Thanks Carlos!
I signed a purchase agreement and put $500 down for a new Civic on 6/10/22 that was not yet on the lot (It was scheduled to arrive 4-8 weeks after I made the purchase agreement). The purchase agreement (which myself and the sales associate both signed) also included a locked-in trade in value of $12,500 for my current vehicle. I was hesitant about buying a vehicle sight-unseen with varying lead times, but the salesperson told me they would honor the trade in value on the initial agreement, regardless of when the new Civic came in. On 11/16/22 I was contacted by the salesperson I had dealt with initially, and he told me the new civic had come in, and he needed me to bring my current vehicle in to be re-appraised. I reminded him of the signed purchase agreement from 6/10/22 that stated the locked-in value of my trade in, but he said they could not honor the original deal due to the market changes. I spoke with the General Sales Manager and informed him of the initial purchase agreement, but he said the best he could do was $9,500 for my car ($3,000 less than they originally agreed to). I then spoke to the general manager of the store, who said he could give me $11,000 for my current car, but no more. After trying to contact the president of Friendly Honda via email, the Director of Administration called me; she let me know that I could not speak to the president and told me there was a time limit (less than 2 hours to accept the “deal” from when I received a call from her) on when I was able to accept their “new” trade in offer for my vehicle. If I did not accept the new updated offer, they would be selling the car to someone else. They admitted to me that they were not honoring the original deal even though it was in the signed purchase agreement. This is a dishonest business practice; I was promised a locked-in trade value several times during the initial sale of the car; this was a selling point that the Sales Advisor kept reassuring me with, which made me feel comfortable giving them my business. I was told several times over the phone when trying to get Friendly to honor their original price that “$11,000 is the best we can do”. The best they can do isn’t being honest. Everyone I spoke with, including the Sales Advisor, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and President (via the Director of Administration) is aware of my situation, yet still did not honor their word. My experience at Friendly Honda was extremely poor; this is a dishonest dealership on many levels. I would not recommend doing business with Friendly Honda.
We went to friendly Honda to get a white Jeep that we saw on the Internet. We desperately needed a second vehicle. I’ve seen many jeeps in the past and I liked them, but I never really thought about owning one. I am thrilled with it and love everything about it. We worked with Brandy and she was absolutely amazing. I felt completely comfortable with her, we laughed a lot, and as far as I’m concerned she’s the perfect saleswoman. She was so friendly and very easy to talk to you and I enjoyed spending my time there. I never felt even the slightest pressure to make the sale. When I went back to pick it up she was all ready for us and after my husband dropped me off, she sat in the jeep with me and explained all of the controls. She paired my phone, and showed me how to fully operate the vehicle. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a vehicle to go to friendly Honda and ask for Brandy, you’ll be happy that you did!
Extremely happy with my experience purchasing our new Pilot from Carlos! Now it seems hard shopping for a vehicle. Save yourself the grief and come here for a solid deal and top notch service and people.
They don’t call this place Friendly Honda for nothing! You are hit with it as soon as you walk through the doors. And not in an annoying crowded way. It’s genuine. I’ve been driving Hondas for 20 years. I recently moved, so this was a first dealing with Friendly Honda. But I had shopped around. I was in no rush to change. Besides offering me the best deal on my current car, they made the transaction very smooth. Bob my salesman, is old school. His advice was what he would do if he were sitting on other side of the desk. Not biased. I also work with the public and use the same guideline. Honesty is the best policy! Paul in finance was the same. I trusted him immediately. Him coming from a military family certainly helped there, but his 30 plus years in doing what he does, told me he was doing something right. He gave sound advice. Offered options & did not pressure me one way or another. Finally, because the car I had decided on buying, wasn’t yet built, this process took a couple of months. Bob kept in touch every few weeks, keeping me updated on the status of the car. A couple of people who I had met on my first visit, who’s names I have totally forgotten,( I had no dealings with them) came back up to me on the day I picked up the new car, to thank me for my business. That was telling. In this crazy world, friendly Honda are a breath of fresh air!
I've been a customer of Friendly Honda for about 22 years. They always treat me well. I've been leasing for about 10 years. I'm in my 70s and I don't drive much anymore. The manager, Jim suggested that buying a car instead of leasing would be cheaper for me. I had been thinking the same thing. I met with my salesman Carlos & bought a new Civic a few days later. The car is great & I am very happy with it
I had a really wonderful experience at Friendly Honda. My salesman Carlos Scaloni was really great and went above and beyond for me. Despite the delays with getting my vehicle to me, which is not the dealerships fault - the whole process was easy and enjoyable and I love my new HR-V. Carlos was just a text away if I needed anything and always responded within minutes. Everyone I dealt with was very kind, and honest. No B.S. here. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Carlos. Thank you Carlos and Friendly Honda!
