I found out yesterday that my Ford Edge, that's only 6 years old, needs a new engine. I went into Hyannis Honda this morning at 8am and met with Mike R, it's now 12:45pm and I have my brand new CR-V in my driveway. The process was incredibly smooth and Mike was absolutely amazing to work with. If you need a car and want it to be as painless as possible, Hyannis Honda and Mike are where you need to go!! I was so nervous about buying a new car and super on the fence but never once felt pressured by Cody to buy right away. I’ve had bad experiences at other dealerships. He was there with through every step of the process and made sure i got exactly what i wanted and could afford. Also had a great experience with Conrad in financing. Overall an awesome experience that made getting a new car quick, easy, and painless. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a car from anyone else!
The best car buying experience I have had!! Tom greeted me promptly when I entered the show room, we chatted about what I was looking for and took a test drive. I was going back and forth about which vehicle would work best for me, he listened and let me talk it out. I recently purchased a 2022 Honda CRV (EXL) from Hyannis Honda with the guidance of Peter Stout. Peter was thoughtful & courteous throughout my appointment, answering each of my written questions and those of my son-in-law Jim who accompanied me. He truly is a remarkable salesperson with knowledge of the Honda engineering features that make the Honda so fabulous to sit in and drive! I drove to Hyannis from my home on Cape Ann. Peter had totally prepared for my appointment and introduced me to the rest of the team- Tony & Conrad and I was able to drive home in my new Honda! Would not do business ever again with Hyannis Honda. Or any businesses affiliated with them. There are other car dealerships on Cape cod that are not adding on to the SRP price. Additionally, when I wasn't happy with what they were going to give me for my car they said well, Let me see what else I can do. I found that very insulting... It was a very disappointing experience. When people go to buy a car they just want the bottom line price that they can get and the best price you can give them for the car. They don't want to go back and forth with all the shenanigans... If you're looking for a new car I would recommend going to Nissan of Bourne. They don't sneak in any hidden prices. The price you see is the price you pay.
I am a tourist from out of town. My 6 month old 2022 Accord would not start due to low key battery. The service personnel told me this was not warranty due to it being a wear item? Wear item or not, the car is only 6 months old! They sent me to parts counter for new battery. Rick Wolfe listened to my story and put a new battery in my key for no charge, he said it was on the house! Although the service personal insisted it was not warranty and seemed uninterested in helping me, Rick could not have been more accommodating and he is the reason for the 5 stars, the service personal need to learn from Rick how to provide customer service!
Whatever you do DONT BUY A HONDA. They will last forever, but if anything at all goes wrong and you need customer support, be prepared for about a 40 to 75 min wait on their phone system. Every time I call Honda Financial this happens. NEVER again will I purchase a Honda. My Nissan lease didn’t charge me as many return fees and they actually pick the phone in under 10 minutes when you need them. You’d think Honda is a little classier than Nissan, but NOPE. Buyer beware
Do not use this service department. I dropped off my car for an oil change and AC issue, and they tried to scare me into doing over $3000 worth of repairs. I declined and was charged a half hour labor because the “tech had to drive the car in summer traffic” to say I need a $450 AC service to further diagnose my issue. On my receipt it shows the tech didn’t spend any time diagnosing this or “driving” it so I’m not sure what I am being charged for. My issue has nothing to do with the charge lever or refrigerant. It is an intermittent electrical/BLOWER MOTOR issue. A rear brake job SHOULD NEVER cost over $800!!! Avoid them, they will charge you for everything and recommend you total your vehicle
