The salesman at harper are great top notch people!! The service department and harper care not so much! My water pump is failing and clearly not a priority. UPDATE- They finally reached out and took care of problem. The service manager was very helpful and understanding. I do recommend dealership .

Excellent customer service. Excellent mechanics. Fixed my car when other shops couldn't. Got me in the same day i called. Worked with my Carvana warranty. Only thing is I wish they had a loner car i could've used while my car was in the shop. But that's what happens when you need work done without any notice. My fault. Not theirs.
