Once we had a deal, we noticed that this was the smoothest, quickest car-buying process we've ever experienced. Every member of the staff was helpful and kind. Eric even loaned us his own child-wagon to use while we waited on service so we could pull our kids around at a local zoo. This is a quality dealer with quality people. I went there to test drive a car and suv because I was in the market for another used vehicle due to me being in a recent accident. The salesperson was very helpful but unfortunately the two vehicles were not in my affordable price range. Had to keep looking elsewhere.

We do not live in Ohio but after the significant frustration we experienced with two dealerships in our home state of Michigan, we returned to the White family of dealerships. Daryl was extremely easy to work with, responsive and completely up front (ie no last minute surprises). We also had our older car serviced while in town and walked away pleased (no unnecessary repairs). Trust is key when working with a dealership and for that reason I will have no hesitation in driving the extra distance again when we are ready for another purchase.
