After many years of impeccable service, the CD player/radio in my 2009 Honda stopped working. When I took it to our local Honda dealer, they told me they had a reliable place at which the CD player could be refurbished. This was in the middle of the Christmas season, so they said it might take 2-3 weeks, which I thought was quite reasonable, as was the estimated cost of the repair. They were better than their word. The CD player was returned in great shape within 2 weeks, and at a lower cost than suggested. At all times, the people I have dealt with there have been courteous and efficient! I highly recommend Covington Honda.
