Service department is good. A bit slow, but good service. Sales team. Eh. Not so much. Tried to sell them a car, not trying to get too much, just the NADA trade-in value. They offered almost 20% below. I wont be purchasing a vehicle from this business in the future. Edit: I understand your position. Have a great day.

I’m at the dealership now this is my 5th time visiting for this same issues I understand one or two times but this is crazy I don’t think they’re care of there customers very well not respecting at all wasting my valuable times .

We have been long time customers of Continental Honda and have never had a bad experience. The staff does not work on commission so there is never any pressure. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Honda is a solid company and they aim to make vehicles and products that stand the test of time consistently. I’ve owned 4 Honda cars and have only stellar reviews to give. Service or purchase, you’ll be happy and well taken care of at Continental Honda.

I just bought an OLD Honda and took it into the dealership to get looked at, what a great experience right off the bat. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. I am very glad I bought a Honda and decided to go to the dealership for the work. I've been working with Phil who is very nice and patient.

Zero service after the sell. Electrical problems and managers just couldn't care less. No courtesy shuttle so prepare to miss work or be harassing your friends. Not going to purchase a third one from Continental.

Immediate customer service, 5 minutes to take to mechanics, thorough inspection and completion. Very happy, friendly and courteous staff. 5 stars!

I came to get some maintenance done on my vehicle and they didn’t try to sell me on everything and anything like other businesses have done. I told them what I needed done and they were so helpful and actually listened to me.They also got everything done in a day! Very nice people and great at their jobs!!
