Justin and Jose provided great customer service and made the buying process smooth. They were very attentive and fast to respond whenever I had a question and found a solution to any issue. My car was not tinted as initially promised when I picked up the car, but Justin assured that he would make sure it is take care of. I would recommend that the service dept be a bit more thorough in cleaning the interior. There are a few areas that weren’t clean. Overall, I would recommend purchasing from this dealership.

Desmond and Justin are great! I brought in an old clunker and I got the max value. We negotiated until I was comfortable. It was a smooth process.. I recommend buying here. We have had lots of laughs today. I want to add, It is not their fault anout the additional $5k. After going to Mike Calvert Toyota and being absolutely shocked at the prices and fees, my wife and I came to Central Nissan Certified Pre-Owned lot and man what a difference! We came in to look at a Murano only to find it was sold, but Christian went to work helping us find a great alternative! We ended up going with a Rogue Sport with fewer miles and way more features! Jose in finance got us in and out of there super quick since it was so late in the evening. It was my first time shopping Nissan, but it won’t be my last. I would definitely shop here again.
