Elton, the salesman who helped my husband and I get our 22 CR-V was absolutely wonderful. He was personable, helpful, and kind. The sales manager and finance manager were also great to work with. The service at Brannon Honda was great. I felt as though the pricing was fair, all of the staff was friendly, helpful, honest and easy to work with. I really appreciate getting the best financing and feeling like I was working with an honest salesperson and financier--Mr. Tony and Mr. Moore. Good experience. ; first off PRAISE GOD. I finally got my car back running after a month and a half. Thanks to the guys at Brannon Honda. They went above & beyond especially Chis W. In the service department & Jarrell. I came in at 5:30 which is normally the time they are trying to get out of there & they stayed to help me. Chris said when I stressed he stressed with me. Their service was amazing & now I feel like a brand new woman with my car back! Thanks again Brannon Honda yall are the best!
Completely dishonest, and higher priced than other dealerships in the area. Do yourself a favor and get any quotes for service in writing prior to having work done. Employees will lie about the price and any discounts they are willing to provide, then present you with a totally different price on your invoice. edit: There are not enough words allowed to describe my experience in this review, down to Marce's condescension while speaking with me. In her response, you can see she's telling me they saved me $315 off of a $399 job, while they charged me $240 for the work. You've been warned.
I would not recommend this dealership for any type of warranty issue. My a/c stopped working, and my Honda is under warranty. Brannon Honda said that my condenser was damaged, and that the damage must have been caused by a rock, despite there being no evidence of any type of external damage. There was no noise or anything that caused me to stop the car, and there was no other damage inside the car. So ... some type of magical rock came from somewhere, hit the condenser without causing any noise or other damage, and disappeared. Meanwhile, I'm out $1100 because this dealership believes in magical disappearing rocks.
Stranded overnight on a road trip and had Ridgeline towed at 3am to Brannon. They had the part (rocker arm solenoid) and got me back on the road. Very courteous and considerate of my situation being 4 hours from my destination. Thanks Anna and Brannon Honda!
We are on a road trip in our van and the check engine light came on. We called one Honda dealership and they told us we would have to leave the van overnight. We called Brannon Honda and they said to come right on over. We were helped by Tony, who was very nice and professional. He took care of our van and got us on our way. Thank you so much!
Absolutely terrible customer service! My husband got there this morning around 8:00 (I had an appointment at 8:30) to get my oil changed and he sat there and watched people come in and leave with their vehicle serviced while mine still sat in one place and hadn't even moved. He finally just got up and asked for the keys around 11:30 when they still were not doing anything to my vehicle. Save your self from a terrible experience and take your business else where. We will never use them again.
