Joe Pickens is hands down one of the realest salesman I have ever worked with. He was upfront and didn't pressure anything when we came in to look at a 2015 Highlander. He was patient while my husband and I talked about the vehicle and even took my sons pacifier that he dropped on the floor and washed it. He is a gem. Total time between test driving and finance was an hour and a half. Signing papers was so easy took 10 min and anyone with a toddler let alone one that missed their nap knows the value of that! I had a wonderful experience from calling in to the completion of my issue. The service center person was friendly and told me to bring my car in without an appointment. Anthony was amazing and kept me informed. He offered to shuttle me home so I wouldn't miss work and pick me up once my service was complete. He was proactive in doing a full service on the car so I wouldn't have to return soon after my original issue. The shuttle drivers were friendly. I received a full video report on the status of the work done and the recommendations for future service needs. And even picking up the car was great. BMW provides VIP service in every area.

Ernie couldn’t have been better and nicer to work with. I was 66 miles from home and got a monster nail in my tire, I had never been to this dealership and called out of the blue needing help/tire repair and they had me come right in and replaced my tire immediately. I really appreciate the help and service. Chris, manager, was great too along with Ernie is gave 10/10 customer service.
