This dealership is the best I have ever worked with. I purchased my 3rd BMW and I was in and out. I told them exactly what I wanted, they had it on the lot, polished it up, went down to test drive it and was out with my new car in less than 2 hours. All of the Staff are very professional and understand how important your time is. This is the only dealership I will ever go to.

We cannot recommend BMW of Macon enough! We purchased our BMWX5 from Nadia there some time ago. We recently had an emergency when our flatless tire was damaged. A high stress situation with a relative needing to catch a flight, and a few medical issues did not help the situation. Nadia immediately answered my call and arranged our service and a loaner car and we were on our way. Never have I seen a more customer service oriented person with such an empathetic and kind heart with her customers all while maintaining a professional and business oriented goal. The Service Department was so helpful as well. They took care of our needs and advised us from a safety standpoint as well. Our tires were ordered and replaced in record time! Had a great experience at BMW of Macon. I showed up on New Year's Eve to look at the new X5. Johnnie Tomlin showed me what they had in inventory that would meet my needs. I ended up buying one and Johnnie was a delight to deal with. The process was smooth and quick. Really enjoying driving this beautiful vehicle.

I was contacted by BMW of Macon offering me a special program buy, turns out it was not the dealership is more focused on commissions rather than customer satisfaction, they never offer rebates as BMW North America has rebates so does the dealership but you would not know because they spend more time trying to rip you off. I have bought numerous vehicles here and recommended many co- workers and family I must be insane as a disabled combat veteran I had to contact BMW North America since new management the goal is to screw the customer!!

I spent some time searching for the right used x3 that I wanted. I am very picky, so I had some pretty specific criteria. I finally found the car that had nearly everything I was looking for at BMW of Macon. I contacted the dealership and spoke at length with the salesperson. After a couple of days of discussions I drove the 2.5 hours to Macon to pick up the car. Let's just say that nothing went to plan. There were some issues and details that were not matching the discussions I had and I was very unhappy. However, BMW of Macon made things right. 2.5 weeks later my car was delivered to me exactly as promised. Things don't always go as planned, but what is most important is that they recognized the issues, owned it, and corrected it to ensure the end result was a happy customer.

The process was fast and easy. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am truly happen without my experience and purchase. I would definitely recommend BMW of Macon to my friends and family.

Jeffrey Lloyd took such great care of us yesterday! I made an unexpected trip to BMW yesterday because my car battery died. I didn't realize until I showed up that the service department was already closed for the day, so I could not get a replacement that day. Despite the department being closed, Jeffrey offered to charge my battery for a few hours with the hope that it would last me for a couple days until the battery could replaced. I picked up my car a few hours later, and not only had he gotten my battery fully charged, but he had also cleaned up my car a bit. In a frustrating situation, I was thankful that Jeffrey was there to help me!
