I came to BMW of Beaumont on October 21. I thought this was a great experience from the beginning. I was on the search for a Chevy equinox and Chris James found me the perfect one. Well so I thought. I test drove it and something was rattling, he stated it was the spare tire and it just needed a bolt. I’m a someone who is not a mechanic. So I trusted his word of the spare tire. 6 days after I drove the car off their lot. I noticed some paint missing on the trim on the top of the car that had been spray painted as an “easy fix” just to get the car off their lot. Another 3 days later the rattling that was the “spare tire” was getting worse. Last week we were driving my car and the brakes started squealing. So now I haven’t even had my car a month and I have had to replace brakes, a rotor, rear strut, and having to get the trim repainted. They knew all these things and when called about it they give you the famous line, “we’ll call you back and make things right.” Which they never did. They just took advantage of a woman needing a vehicle for her child and herself. Failing to tell me all these things wrong with it. They also never gave me the date or miles of when the last oil change was. I know this review is long but I highly suggest finding a different dealership if you’re searching for honesty, a reliable vehicle, and a good experience without the false advertisement. I will NEVER recommend or be back to BMW of Beaumont. I’ll attach a picture of the car I bought and now have sunk over $600 into. If there was a way to give them no stars I would.

They took their time to explain to me. What was wrong with my car also gave me a video of under my car of the oil pan gasket leak, that was very informative and help me understand more about the immediate need to have it fixed and everyone was so very friendly. And for my next appointment to get my rear brakes changed I asked for Robbin Dixon because she kept me informed and she’s very sweet.

We had a an issue with a 2016 BMW X5. It was overheating and we were unable to drive it to the Beaumont BMW dealership, and call and got a referral for a towing company which was TNT wrecker service. I contacted the dealer and spoke to Keira in the service department she was able to get me a scheduled appointment for when my vehicle arrived they looked at it and gave me a quote for the repairs in just a few hours. It only took one day to get our vehicle repaired and she could not have been any more helpful! I am even considering going to Beaumont first when we are looking for a new BMW, as I think they would be a excellent dealership to visit

My oil service light was not reset. My rear spoiler was not working properly once I received my car. They had my car from 7:45am until 5pm and had to send a tech to my house the next day to reset oil change service light and figure out what they did to make my spoiler malfunction. The advisor had no idea of how my car should properly function..... Emailed owner as he requested, he still has not contacted me.. noticed my passenger window is not operating properly and my control panel randomly resets. Never had any issues with any of these things until I took my car to them for an oil change. They have lost any future business from me. I'd advise against taking your car here for service.
