They treated my family and I with respect, Gian (the salesman) was upfront with everything. Even after the purchase I had a couple of concerns and Gian and the sales manager addressed them and fixed them promptly. They serviced and detailed the truck, and also put on a set of new tires. Overall I’m very happy with the service we received.

Jeff and Kyle were great to work with. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I usually don't like to deal with dealerships (as I'm sure many people feel the same), but this was by far the smoothest experience I've had. My service was superb! I have never had such a good experience at a dealership before! Carolyn was amazing; she did everything within her power to save me money, make the maintenance as low-impact to my schedule as possible, and took care of all the logistics of getting me a loaner car! Just thought I'd share our experience with Autonation Acura the only reason for 2 stars is because the sales person was welcoming and helpful. We were looking to buy a 2022 Acura Mdx, after demonstration of the vehicle and working numbers the desk manager comes out and pretty much tell us how most dealer are getting over sticker for new cars? And pretty much insinuated how we should be appreciative of that not being the case at there store. What's worst okay you like to sell us the cars for sticker but then was low balling us on the our trade by a sum of $3500.00 So just do your homework, we drove to a different dealership and they gave us a fair trade value for our trade.

We recently purchased a NEW 2022 RDX for our 17yrs old daughter and we absolutely love the features in the car. We got the Tech Spec on of the Acura and Mr. Jeff Francois who was/is my sales person helped answer all the questions we had and that my daughter has. He also offered to teach my daughter the extra features in the car and helped me set the car based on her liking. I am very grateful for him to be there.
