Josh, my service rep, was friendly and efficient. He handled all my requests, accommodated when I remembered something I had forgotten when I first arrived, and provided me with good resources (since I am new to the area). The customer waiting area was comfortable and the service took the amount of time I expected. Very pleased to have local Acura service I can trust.

Honest, transparent, and willing to go beyond the call of duty for their customers. We purchased a car from Daniel and our experience could not have been better. We came in from Atlanta. Daniel was upfront about a pre-owned vehicle we were looking at. Drove it, came to a fair price and Daniel made the entire transaction easy. Highly recommend!

I just bought a used 2014 Toyota Prius C One with Jorge Rodriguez. I had a slightly more complicated situation because I had just moved to the US, and was still in the middle of buying insurance, getting my driver's license, and transferring money from my bank accounts. Although everything was still up in the air, I knew I wanted to snatch up this car, since it was exactly what I was looking for and a total bargain. Jorge made the process very easy and straightforward, and was willing to arrange to hold the car until I had everything straightened out. He was knowledgeable about the car and answered all the questions that I had. He even offered to give me a lift, since I didn't have any other form of transportation at the time. Thanks for all your help Jorge, If I ever need to buy another car, I'll be sure to ask for you by name!

We have owned multiple Acura vehicles for past 25+ years, including TL, RL, RLX and MDX models we purchased from different Acura dealers as we moved about the country. We know Acura products and the Acura company culture. Yesterday we purchased a 2023 MDX with SH-AWD and Advance packages from Acura of Athens. With one glaring exception, everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly and interested in meeting our needs - especially our salesman Al Smith, who is an true gem of a person and a great example of what an Acura salesperson should be. Alternatively, the Finance Manager, Alexis Grisham was an absolute nightmare to work with. She attempted to push us into a high-interest rate, long-term financing package vs the Acura Finance deal being offered currently. (note we have absolutely top-tier credit and have no trouble obtaining the best financing offered). Once I called her our on this, her attitude became aggressive and confrontational for the rest of our interactions. She then went on to misrepresent (actually lie!) Acura product reliability, cost of repairs and service requirements. Ms. Grisham was insistent that we should buy a multi-year prepaid service package including all manner of extra service requirements not identified by Acura; and a third-party extended service contract at crazy inflated prices (at 2X the Acura ESC price offered by Curry Acura online). To further antagonize the tense situation, Ms. Grisham demanded to know why we would not purchase these unneeded items (at inflated prices). Her behaviors and attitude were completely unprofessional and so unlike anyone else we have ever met at other Acura dealers over the past 25-years. If there was not a shortage of 2023 MDXs for sale, we would have simply walked away from this deal due to the aggressive unprofessional behavior of this Acura dealership finance manager. Bottom line -we love Acura products and will continue to be loyal Acura customers, but we will NOT be taking our future business to Acura of Athens. Note we are not alone in our negative opinion of dealing with this finance person - many other reviews will echo our experience.

Great service manager! Had my car serviced and on my way in a most timely manner. Even got an umbrella escort as it was raining!

I brought my wife's car in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Josh at the service desk was very congenial, professional and knowledgeable. They always take great care of our vehicle and they always treat their customers well. Several other Acura employees asked if we needed anything else to drink or if they could get us anything while we waited. ACURA OF ATHENS IS FIRST CLASS and truly a pleasure to do business with. We love Acura's and Josh and the service department make doing business with Acura of Athens even more of a pleasure. They are honest, dependable and do great work.
