I won’t take my Acura anywhere else for service. I always have a positive experience with Mike, who goes above and beyond to make sure my car is treated with care and any issues are addressed. From an oil change to a timing belt service, I am very grateful for his honesty and willingness to help out whenever possible. Fantastic buying experience here. My girlfriend was shopping for a new car. We were outside looking at different models, Manny came out and greeted us. She was able to sit in a few different models. After deciding on the ILX, Manny pulled the car up and let us take the car on a test drive alone. Manny was very patient and explained everything about the car and the features to my girlfriend before we left on the test drive. After driving the car she decided she wanted to purchase this one. Manny explained all the finances and options to her. They got the approval later that day. They needed to fix a small dent in the door, and had to send it out to the body shop. Manny let her know yesterday that it was ready ahead of schedule. We went to the dealership yesterday afternoon. Steve in finance was awesome, explained everything in detail and got her out fast. Manny was very patient and again explained everything on the car to her . While she was finishing up I was looking at some vehicles, and asked Manny if I could take an MDX for a test drive. He promptly took all my info and pulled the car up as he was finishing with my girlfriends transaction. We took the car out and I loved it. So I decided to purchase this vehicle also. Steve and Brandon and Manny were awesome to pull this together so fast, that I took the vehicle home yesterday also. Steve and Manny stayed 1 hour after they were closed to finish my transaction. What an amazing experience we both had purchasing vehicles at this dealership. Everyone is so welcoming, and friendly and patient. We had a bad experience at another dealership, an are so glad we came here. We both can’t thank you enough Manny, Steve, Brandon, and the detailers who got our vehicles ready very fast and a great job. Go see Manny and Steve they are great and very knowledgeable. Brought my car back for an 189 point inspection to buy out my lease because I was so happy with my vehicle and up until that point have had great interactions with Executive. Somehow my car ended up with an significant oil leak directly after the inspection (I have 23k miles on my car). Called Acura and instead of them offering me a time to come in, they first took time to deny all responsibility for the oil leak. This didn’t sit well with me. The car has low miles, no leak before the inspection, now it’s leaking, I don’t care who’s issue it is - it is leaking oil! I called for a service appointment. Period. So I took my vehicle elsewhere and they discovered that the oil pan bolt/plug was loose by two full rotations. Since the bolt sits behind a shield that needs to be removed with a flat head it didn’t just happen. My gut is telling me that someone started to do an oil change and realized it was an inspection and never tightened the bolt back up. But I have no proof nor do I need it because I won’t be returning to this dealer again. Very disappointed. Should have given the sale to another dealer.
I always go to Acura by Executive in North Haven for all my services. The staff is always very nice and friendly. I’ve always dealt with Mike at first who was always great but I’ve also had appointments with Nick and Tyler. They are also very nice and informative. I always recommend Acura by Executive to anyone who needs to take their Acura for service or want to buy.
Since doing business with Acura in North Haven almost 5 years ago, I have been impressed with their service levels and detailed follow up with any concerns or questions regarding my vehicle. Their professionalism is first class! Appreciations to Nick and Mike.
I appreciate the Service Manager Paul Piliero and the entire service team. Paul was great in helping us work through getting a timing belt replaced on my son's 2015 TLX during a very busy time for them (between Christmas and New Year). This guy even jumps in to perform service when they are short-handed - in my experience that's the sign of a great leader! I also feel very comfortable with the technicians in the shop (special shout out to Terence) and know should have any issues they will stand by their work.
I will never go anywhere else! Joann was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend her. She was in constant communication with me and came in on her day off to make sure I got my car right away. She is the best!!!
